Chamomile Tea






Chamomile tea is a must to take tea as it helps in great number of health benefits. It is made from the flower chamomile which is a herb. It has a delicious taste and a comforting aroma. It is said and tested that chamomile tea helps to sleep better, the plant extract contains apigenin, a chemical compound that induces sleepiness.It has been used as a traditional medicine for thousands of years.

I have been taking chamomile tea since last 6 months now and it has helped me a lot towards my sleep. I have the habit of sleeping late as I don't feel sleepy at all. And since I took this tea , I have been following a very nice routine to wake up at a proper time and sleep for 7-8 hours. People who have a sleeping problem must go with this tea.

I drink this tea every third day as its also said that drinking everyday can cause skin reactions, which I never felt it but its better to take precautions.
