There are many different types of tea that can be made from the same tea plant. Its just different ways of making process. Green tea has reached many people in the world but there are other tea like Orthodox tea, Olong tea, White tea, Smoke tea etc , still haven't reached all.

As we are all aware of green tea, was originated in China and it was said that the Chinese Emperor Shennong drank water that had a dead tea leaf boiled in it, he found the flavor incredible and that's how a new drink, green tea came. And now tea plantation grows in East Asian countries.

People often ask questions like is it good to take green tea everyday. Yes, it is good , it has lot of anti-oxidants which leads to many benefits for the human body. It should be taken regularly to get those benefits. Everyone thinks of a diet plan and does exercise to get a perfect body. Why not, start with a healthy drink and include green tea in the diet plan. And , not only green tea , other tea like white tea , Orthodox  etc, people should take those. Tea made from tea plants grown organically, where no chemicals used are the best to take.



To make green tea, for one cup 2gram of green tea loose leaves can be added in water, the temperature of the water should be 85-90 degree , boiling water shouldn't be used. Then the tea should be kept in that water for 3 mins, to get the perfect taste, if someone wants a strong taste then they can keep for 5 mins.

Tea is the first drink we take after we get up from bed in the morning, its always good to take the best.  We also tend to put milk in the tea, but tea mixed with milk is not good for health and to include sugar in it. But habits don't stay away. So, why not start with the healthiest beverage green tea to start the day with.
