White tea, the beauty of tea

White tea loose leaf
White tea, as like the name, it is also a pure drink like the color. White tea is harvested from the camellia sinensis plant when the bud is still young and yet too open. It has a mild sweet taste and a light yellowish green texture.

I tried white tea in IITF Delhi held on November 2019, there in Assam pavilion they bought many different types of tea to sell. So in one of the stall I tried white tea and since then it became my favorite tea. The mild sweet taste is what makes this tea incredible. White tea is processed in very low temperature and its made from the tea bud, that's what gives a sweet flavor to it.

White tea ranges from Rs 20,000 - Rs 40,000 per kilogram. When I tasted this tea , I loved it so much, I immediately purchased a 100 gram packet and still now I am using it. Its a loose leaf tea and also the quantity used to prepare the tea is very less, 2 grams for 1 cup is enough.  The water used to make white tea should not be boiling water, the temperature should be around 85 degree Celsius . To be exact, when we start to boil water , as the bubbles start to appear it should be stopped so that its not completely hot, that water can be used to prepare white tea.

I have tasted many different types of tea, but I consider white tea is the beauty of tea. It will go with everyone's taste bud.

In Facebook, I saw a video where a person is making tea from the tea tree branch, they are inventing something new, I will have to do research to know more about it, isn't it something different. See, there are so many types of tea , and still new invention is going on. Well , I will have to try that too.
