Many scientists has tested and its proven that green tea comes with many benefits. A daily cup of green tea can give you a healthy heart and also keep other organs in our body healthy.

A study shows green tea widens the artery of the heart and it reduces the risk of blood clots. Green tea has lot of antioxidants which prevents cancer associated cells from attacking the healthy cells and can decrease the risk of the disease. So, it is a really advantageous thing to include in our diet as green tea is the healthiest drink in the planet and tea is the most consumed drink after water.

Countries like China , Japan they have been consuming green tea since centuries, so we can also find that, heart attack rate in those countries are less comparing to others. In India and other western countries are mostly into black tea and coffee, the consumption of green tea is less. But one should start taking green tea as it not only helps in preventing death threatening diseases but also works as a great refreshment.

It also reduces the risk of other diseases like Alzheimer's, lowers down cholesterol , reduces blood pressure level and many more. Everyone wants a healthy life but we also tend to eat lots of junk food which impacts our health. But why not we add green tea to our routine and be healthy.
