Green Tea Making Process
The process of making Green Tea starting from plucking of the leaves is a little lengthy. Green tea leaves are picked by hand after every 3 to 4 days , only one bud two leaves from the tea plant are plucked.
1. After plucking the leaves its dipped in hot water, for 1-2 mins.
Likewise, the leaves also gets cleaned that way.

2. Immediately after taking the leaves out from hot water, its placed under the fan to dry the leaves for 6 hours.
3. Then the next step rolling starts, the leaves are rolled for 40 mins to an hour.
4. After that the leaves are kept in a oven to dry , at 60 to 70 degree temperature and the time depends on how many kilos of tea leaves are kept in it.
5. The last step is packaging of the green tea leaves and the validity stays for a year.
